Shipping and Returns
Your dermal filler products, purchased via our website – www.filler-warehouse.co.uk will be sent to you via our delivery partner DPD. You will be required to sign for your Lip Filler Wholesale products.
Please make sure you are in for this to sign for your Lip Filler Products!
We really don’t ever want you to miss the delivery of your dermal filler products and not be able to make your clients smile, as such please be in for collection!
As well as DPD we do use a few other suppliers to send our Lip Filler Supplier Products to you.
If your order of dermal fillers don’t arrive on time, contact us as soon as possible and we will speak to our partnered delivery Account Managers.
WE would of done our bit and please work with us to get any issues with deliveries resolved!
Any problems with your delivery as a result of our delivery partners we are not held responsible.
If your dermal filler product is left outside of the address by any of our delivery partners we are not responsible if they are stolen or go missing and we are not responsible for any cost or loss of items. Please take any of these issues up with our delivery partner.
When will you get your Lip Filler Wholesale Products?
Any orders placed will be dispatched that same day unless the lip filler product is unavailable. If this is the case we will contact you immediately and provide an alternative product / a later date of arrival or offer a full refund.
Delays will occur if there are any delivery strikes / general national delays / bank holidays etc so please bare this in mind when you order a product/s. If this is the case we are not held responsible for any loss of earnings or delayed items.
Any orders placed between Monday to Thursday before 330pm– will arrive on the next day.
Any orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Any orders placed on weekend will be delivered by the following Tuesday.
Any orders placed between Monday and Wednesday after 5pm will be delivered by the Friday.
We can't guarantee any delivery times for orders placed.
These days / times are only available for England and Wales – Please contact us for any deliveries to countries outside of these locations.
If you weren’t in on the day of your delivery or it is returned back to us for any reason a further delivery charge will be required from you, in order for us to send this back to you. Please ensure the delivery address is correct on your order on check out. If it isn’t email / call us right away and we will update this for you!
If your dermal filler product is late due to an issue with your delivery service by one of our partners we are not held liable for any loss of monies / earning to your business.
More good news, we have you covered if you are ordering our Lip Filler Products for any overseas locations.
If customs require any additional monies in order for you to receive your filler products from our warehouse you are responsible for making this payment. Filler Warehouse are not!
Some orders will take up to 3 weeks to arrive to you if you are ordering from outside of the united kingdom contact us for more information if required.

Returns
We quality check all our products prior to leaving the warehouse.
We use 3rd party delivery services such as DPD.
All items must be signed for.
If an item is damaged please take pictures and send to us within 24hours of arrival to - info@filler-warehouse.co.uk
Prior to any refund we reserve the right to investigate the incident with the courier and allow them to investigate the matter as per their polices. We are not liable for any third party polices or loss of income if items are stolen, damaged or lost in transit.
All returned items to Filler Warehouse Ltd for refund must be in the same condition as they arrived and Filler Warehouse is not responsible for the return of the items cost.
Once the product is returned and arrives back at our location 11 Pepper Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5AB, UK. We will check this over and as long as the item hasn’t been tampered with will issue a refund.
Any returned items and refunds will not be refunded the initial delivery charge .
